Lo primero es que nadie tiene que guiarse por esta reseña y que todos podemos aprender algo de aquí. Fui una noche que tenían bastante jaleo así que entiendo que pueda haber afectado a la reseña pero también tengo mi derecho a opinar como cliente.
Desde que hice el pedido hasta que lo recibí pasaron 40 minutos, como he dicho, tenían bastante jaleo. Sin embargo al ver que gente que había pedido después que yo se iba ya con su comida, pregunte a quien me había atendido y tras pedirme perdón por la demora me dio prioridad. Sin embargo, debió de olvidar mi pedido y dio por asumido que había pedido un kebab de ternera cuando había pedido un durum mixto con queso y sin tomate, por suerte me preguntó antes de nada para asegurarse. Al recibir la comida, veo que me han puesto tomate aunque lo había dicho ya 2 veces que no quería, y no me lo pusieron para llevar cuando dije que si.
Dicho esto como "experiencia de atención al cliente" he de decir que, a opinión personal, la carne no tiene nada de especial aunque igualmente está buena. Otro punto a favor es que rara vez voy a sitios donde sepan hacer bien un durum con queso y este sí ha sido uno de ellosTraducción

From the time I placed my order until I received it, it took 40 minutes; as I said, they were quite busy. However, when I saw that people who had ordered after me were already leaving with their food, I asked the person who served me, and after apologizing for the delay, they gave me priority. However, they must have forgotten my order and assumed I had ordered a beef kebab when I had ordered a mixed durum with cheese and no tomato. Luckily, they asked me first to be sure. When I received the food, I saw that they had added tomato even though I had already said twice that I didn't want it, and they didn't give it to me to take away when I said yes. Having said that as a "customer service experience," I have to say that, in my personal opinion, the meat is nothing special, although it is still good. Another point in my favor is that I rarely go to places where they know how to make a durum with cheese well and this has been one of them.

I'll be quite brief, like our stay there. My family and I walked in. We said hello, and someone said hello back. A skinny guy was in the kitchen, his back to us, facing the wall. He was eating and talking on the phone. I went up to the counter to grab a flyer with the menu. We decided we were going to eat. That was the entire experience, since this man never came out to serve us. Seeing what we saw, I told my family to leave.
